We have set critical inspection points within our production process to ensure we keep our production wastage to a minimum.

We repurpose our Corozo button production scraps as fertilizer or animal feeds.

We have developed other new and exciting lines of Tagua Skin Care products by upcycling the Corozo remains from our production.

We Value Zero Waste

Wilor by Wilson Corozo, eco-rozo bio-based buttons from Tagua and Corozo remains.

We have developed a new type of button product called Eco-rozo, to contribute towards minimizing the reliance of plastics in garment button trim material. This new button product is formulated by using scraps from Corozo production, that have been grounded into a powder and blended with polyester. This product not only effectively upcycles our production waste, but it also minimize the use of 30% polyester raw material for button products.

  • Patterns include: imitation Corozo, imitation horn, pearlized button

  • Product range can be expanded to: belt buckles, handbag trim and more

Skin Care Products

We are in development of a series of natural skin care products (exfoliant, face cleanser, face moisturizer, face cream mask) to substitute plastic microbeads used in current market products. We have selected the most pure and white Tagua raw material remains from production, that is then properly sanitized and processed, before it is finally added to our product formulation. Corozo, in its powder form, has shown to have very effective cleansing and nourishment properties for controlling facial oil, acne, skin whitening, and wrinkles. We currently offer Corozo powder for skincare products in a nominal mesh aperture of 60 to 1800. Please contact us for more details.
